To process your application, all information must be fully completed. Upon approval, a security deposit equal to 50% of one month’s rent is required to confirm your approved status. This deposit will be non-refundable if the application is approved but the applicant fails to take occupancy on the agreed commencement date or does not sign the standard lease agreement when presented.
